I also previously worked as an assistant coach and a junior coach. have been a junior coach, an assistant coach. I am ready to get back to it this year and I’m super excited to be coaching for the best team in the NVSL! I plan to bring tons of energy, spirit, and hard work in the pool, and as head coach, I want to make sure everyone has fun while also improving their technique and speed this summer so we can get the best of both worlds. All love for the Stingrays family, and Go Stingrays! |

| Hey Stingrays! I’m Coach Sam. I have been a Stingray from the age of seven through high school and am super excited to be back coaching this summer. During my time on the Stingrays I was a junior coach for several years, and I also was a member of the Centreville High School Varsity swim team for four years. The Stingrays are so special because this is where my love for the sport of swimming really began and I am incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to share my knowledge, experience, and love to other Stingrays. I am currently at Virginia Tec studying Biological Science with the intention of applying to medical school in the future. I’m committed to creating an environment where every swimmer feels challenged, heard, and empowered with personal and team victories throughout the season. Let’s have some fun and make this a summer to remember. Go Stingrays! |
